About Us - Principal's Message

Baba Garib Das Academy was established as a self sustaining school in the Academic year 2007-08 under the aegis of Op Sadbhavana in Haveli Tehsil of Poonch District to provide quality schooling facility to the local children of Salotri, Ghani, Nambal, Dharti & Balnoi. Shaping young minds is one of the most challenging as well as interesting tasks in the present times. Just a glimpse of a bright sparking eyes is enough to bring a smile on our faces. We at BGDA strive to nurture these young flowers bloom in this world without robbing them of their smiles and we constantly seek newer ways to ensure it. We endeavour to empower & inspire our students by focusing on overall personality development to make them a learner, a thinker & a performer. We as responsible educators take upon ourselves to create a stimulating environment where young minds are nurtured to blossom into intelligent, mature & enriched youth.

Knowledge being the most democratic source of power, we ensure imparting quality education to our young scholars who are the key agents in the process of development, peace & nation building.
